de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se situe chez Leuenberger Consulting, Erlenauweg 17, 3110 M\u00fcnsingen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f50707;\"><strong>BUT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le but de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration et la mise en pratique de la solution par groupes d&rsquo;entreprises pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et la protection de la sant\u00e9 dans les entreprises affili\u00e9es selon les directives 6508 de la CFST.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f50707;\">PROC\u00c9DURE D\u00c9CISIONELLE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les soci\u00e9taires prennent les d\u00e9cisions en asseml\u00e9e avec majorit\u00e9 simple de tous les soci\u00e9taires pr\u00e9sents ou alors par d\u00e9cision \u00e9crite avec majorit\u00e9 simple de tous les soci\u00e9taires ayant r\u00e9pondu dans les d\u00e9lais.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f50707;\">G\u00c9RANCE DES AFFAIRES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Bureau ASi (Bureau pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail) encadre les entreprise de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Il repr\u00e9sente la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;exterieur. La KASi (Commission pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et la protection de la sant\u00e9) est l'organe d'\u00e9laboration et de mise en pratique de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et de la protection de la sant\u00e9. La KASi est habilit\u00e9e \u00e0 donner des consignes \u00e0 l'ASi.<\/p>\n<p>La KASi aussi bien que le bureau ASi sont disponibles comme partenaire en tant que prestataire de services et de conseiller et ne disposent pas de fonction de ligne.
